Whether virtually or in-person, a member of Beacon Recruitment’s team meets with the Client to fully understand their specific staffing requirements, while also understanding the ethos and dynamic of the client’s company.
Once our standard T&C’s and GDPR policy documents are signed and received, our account manager emails CVs from our database, to our Client for their perusal, matching the agreed requirements. Beacon Recruitment advertises the vacancy for 28 days, as per Government Requirements.
The client choses which of the candidates they wish to interview, and our account manager schedules mutually convenient time slots for the interviews,
Individual Online Interviews between the Candidates and the Client are managed, facilitated and supervised by your Beacon Recruitment Account manager
Once the Client has selected their preferred candidate(s);
(1) A Job Offer and/or Contract of Employment is issued to the candidate.
(2) Documents required for Work Permit Application are obtained from Client and Candidate.
(3) Cost of Work Permit and Down Payment are payable at this point.
(4) Before Work Permit application can be submitted, the application must be signed by the Client, the Candidate and Beacon Recruitment.
All paperwork and communication with the Department of Enterprise is handled by Beacon Recruitment.
